Terms of Service

The service

CloseZero is bookkeeping software with AI assistance and human confirmation. It is not an accounting firm, tax advisor, or auditor, and its output does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your books and your regulatory filings.

Pricing

The service is free up to $10,000 monthly recurring revenue or $100,000 raised, after which paid plans apply, priced per entity. Accountants, auditors, and investors you invite never require paid seats.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse it.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
