What we collect

Account information (name, email), the financial records you enter or connect (transactions, documents, entities), and basic usage data needed to operate the service.

How we use it

Solely to provide CloseZero: bookkeeping, reporting, and the sharing you configure. Transaction descriptions are processed by an AI model to propose categories. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see your data

Only you and the people you invite or share a room link with. Revoking a room link removes access immediately.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or deletion of your account and its data, by contacting us.
